Strength
The pain you feel today will be the strength you feel tomorrow.
Progressive body weight exercises safely build strength and self- confidence. All strength building exercises in Biloball workouts are adapted for age / experience. These include air squats, lunges, sit-ups, push-ups and planks.
Flexibility
Notice that the stiffest tree is most easily cracked, while the bamboo or willow survives by bending with the wind.
Every Biloball workout begins with a dynamic stretch which incorporates yoga and other body weight exercises endorsed by professional athletes for better flexibility and balance.
Balance
Great athletes have great balance. It is a common thread through all sports.
